Guidelines to Submit a Form
1. Have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on your computer.
2. Make sure that Adobe Reader is opening the PDF by right-clicking on the link, selecting 'Save As' and save the document to your computer. Once saved, right-click on the file and choose to 'Open with...', and select Adobe Reader from the list. From here, you may fill out and submit the form.
3. If using Microsoft Outlook to send the form, you must have your e-mail opened at the time of submission in order for the form to get sent on to us.
Community Sports Grants
Sport Alliance provides Community Sports Grants to its member clubs to assist with respective operation of sport clubs and associations. These grants are made possible with funding to the Alliance by the City of Mount Pearl. The annual grants are approved following a review process by a four-person committee. Application forms are distributed to each member club and association early in the year. Application deadline is January 31.

Hosting Assistance Grant
Assistance up to $500 may be provided to local groups, which are hosting Provincial, Atlantic Canadian, National or International amateur athletic championship in Mount Pearl. The local host organization must be incorporated as a non-profit organization.
Events must be officially sanctioned by the appropriate Provincial, National or International organization for the sport as a championship event. An official letter of endorsement from the respective sports governing body must accompany the Hosting Grant application forms.

Travel Assistance Grant
Assistance up to $500 may be provided to Alliance members, which are traveling to Atlantic Canadian, National or International Amateur Championship.
Events must be officially sanctioned by the appropriate Atlantic, National or International organization for the sport as a championship event. An official letter of endorsement from the respective sports governing body must accompany the Travel Assistance Grant application forms.
