Mount Pearl Soccer Association Clubhouse
The Mount Pearl Soccer Association’s Clubhouse is now available year round for your everyday rental needs. The Clubhouse is only one year old and can accommodate parties up to 100 people comfortably.
Our clubhouse is equipped with Audio/Video equipment to help you host your business luncheons or seminars.
Location: In the Team Gushue Sports Complex; 44 Arena Rd (off of Smallwood Dr), Mount Pearl
Rental Agreement Highlights:
Lessee is responsible for:
1.Bagging all garbage, putting away tables and chair and tidying up the floor area.
2. Removing all equipment, materials and recyclables brought into the Clubhouse
3. Repaying all damages done while using the Clubhouse
4. Securing the Clubhouse after use (locking all doors, setting security alarm, and returning keys.
5. A $50 fee will be charged for the use of the BBQ.
6. All cities owned facilities are smoke free.
MPSA is responsible for
1. Cleaning floors and bathrooms
